Basic Communication User Training test? Thought there wasn't a test for this level? Well, technically there isn't. However, for you to receive an ROA (Radio Operator Authorization), the unit's Director of Communications (that's me in this case) sends a CAPF 2a to wing. The unit's DC is supposed to make sure the member is qualified to operate a radio before sending in the form. I will be offering this as a way for you to qualify online, thus not have to wait for the next BCUT class.
Even with the online course, you may come to me during a meeting for one-on-one instruction.
